After receiving a request from the shipowner, our company actively coordinated with the shipyard and the shipowner to ensure the ship's departure from the dock.

After the ship's departure from the dock, the engineers promptly explained the structure, principles, and subsequent maintenance of the equipment to the crew on-site. Both parties actively communicated, and the training time for system operation was significantly reduced.

Despite the shortened operation time, on-site engineers are diligent and responsible. They work overtime and conduct repeated inspections to ensure that in future ship voyages, Wahtung PANASIA's ballast water treatment equipment will provide perfect support.
