On January 13th, the 2023 Annual Performance Review Conference of Wahtung was grandly held at Meng Xi Campus of Jiangsu University of Science and Technology. Company leaders, department heads, some employees, Mr. Kim Doo-Hwan, the President of Panasia China, and a panel of expert judges led by Mr. Tan Zhen, former Deputy Party Secretary and Vice President of Jiangsu University of Science and Technology, participated in this company event.

 

 

 

With detailed data and case studies, department heads presented a comprehensive overview of the achievements, shortcomings, and goals & key work for 2024 of each department to the company and the expert judging panel.

 

 

 

 

Representatives from each department also took the stage to present their work summaries and reflections on their experiences throughout the year.

 

 

 

Chairman Jin Jiajun, with his personal entrepreneurial experience, inspired everyone by sharing his insights and lessons learned over the years. He also provided a detailed analysis of the company's future business strategies and goals. His profound understanding of concepts such as "seizing opportunities," "safety first," and "bringing in and going out" resonated with the audience and earned him enthusiastic applause from everyone present.

 

 

 

The expert judging panel engaged in in-depth questioning and provided professional feedback to each presenter, greatly benefiting them.

At the end of the conference, Principal Tan Zhen delivered a brilliant speech titled "Current Economic Situation and Future Trends" and gave a concluding statement on the performance review conference. His insightful remarks, such as "overcoming obstacles and challenges" and "small enterprises rely on operations, medium-sized enterprises rely on management, and large enterprises rely on culture," were thought-provoking and enlightening. Principal Tan's guidance has also provided a clear direction for the future of Wahtung.
